White Pigeon Township Library has announced the lineup for its annual “Summertime Tunes” series.
Director Perri Saunders said the four-week, live-music presentation starts July 1 with the Whistle Pigs, a band specializing in classic rock. On July 8, songwriters Kyle Joe & Friends will perform. The third week of the series showcases the R&B/Motown sounds of Tony Fields and Doug Decker on July 15.
“Summertime Tunes” concludes July 22 with ’50s and ’60s hits from The Bulldogs.
Shows start at 6 o’clock and performances generally last two hours. The free attraction will be staged at the library’s new area, the 104 Project, just north of the library.
