Patsy Noe, 88

Patsy Jean Noe, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Birch Meadows in Three Rivers, at the age of 88.

She was born on February 17, 1938 in Niles, Michigan, to Harold and Virginia Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brothers, Gail and Paul Mitchell.

Patsy married Louis Noe on April 11, 1962. She is survived by her husband, Louis Noe, her sons, Todd Noe and Shawn Noe, and her brother, Harold Mitchell.

Patsy met Louis while she was working at Continental Can in Three Rivers. That meeting began a partnership that would last a lifetime. She later served as a teacher’s aide at Andrews Elementary School in Three Rivers.

Patsy was a longtime member of the Can Council for the prevention of child abuse. She was also a devoted member of the Three Rivers Church of Christ, where she spent her early years teaching Sunday School.

She loved cross stitch and making quilts, and she took pride in creating things that were both useful and beautiful.
