With profound sadness and endless love, we announce the passing of our precious daughter, Kailani Jean, who left this world on May 27, 2026, at just eight months old.
Though her time with us was far too short, Kailani filled every day with laughter, happiness, and unconditional love. Her beautiful smile could brighten any room, and her sweet spirit touched the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. In her eight months, she brought more joy than many experience in a lifetime and taught those around her the true meaning of love.
She was deeply cherished by her loving mother, Skylar Ballard; her devoted Godmother, Arielle Cook; her grandmothers, Jeannine Ballard and Kari Ballard; her God-grandparents, Steve and Sharon Clark; her three uncles; her Nana, Shauna; her TTs, Von, Char, Wana and Brena; and countless family members and friends who adored her beyond measure.
She was preceded in death by her beloved great-grandfather, Brad Ballard, who now lovingly welcomes her into eternal peace.
Although our hearts are broken by her absence, we find comfort in the beautiful memories she leaves behind—the giggles, the cuddles, the milestones, and the endless love she shared so freely. Her life, though brief, was filled with warmth, happiness, and the love of a family who treasured every moment with her.
Our sweet girl will forever remain in our hearts, our thoughts, and our lives. She will be loved, missed, and remembered every day until we meet again.

Funeral services for Kailani Jean will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at the Moorepark Community Church, 55701 Wilbur Rd, Three Rivers, MI 49093 with her family greeting relatives and friends from 11:00 am until the time of services at the church.
Interment will take place at the Prairie River Cemetery.
