Isaac James Snow, age 93, of Three Rivers, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 18th, 2020 at the Heartland Health Care Center. He was born on January 22, 1927 in Jonesville, Michigan, the son of the late Wayne and Ellen (Guy) Snow.
Mr. Snow graduated from Centreville High School and served his country during WWII in the United States Air Force 82nd Airborne. After returning from service Isaac married the love of his life, Phyllis Jean (Avery) Snow on Aug. 11, 1947. Isaac worked as an Engineer for Clifton Engineering until his retirement in 1989.
Isaac was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He loved his family, playing Euchre, and watching football. His favorite saying was “God put us on this earth to help people”. Isaac will be missed by all who knew him.
Mr. Snow was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Jean Snow, his daughter, Ricki Rene’ Sullivan and her husband Lawrence Sullivan, four brothers, Edward, Guy, Nelson, and Duane Snow.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, two grandsons, Tim (Shirlee) Miller and Jeffery (Robin) Miller; as well as three great-grandsons, Ross Isaac, Lukas Michael, and Kaden Bradley Miller and sister, Marion Cole.
Private graveside services will be held at Poe Cemetery, Newberg Township (Cass County) with Pastor Bob Anderson officiating.
I will always have wonderful memories of Uncle Ike. He was always kind, always smiling, a loving uncle. Rest in Peace, Uncle Ike. You will be missed.
