Frank Paul Pliska, age 85, of Constantine, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Ascension Borgess in Kalamazoo. He was born on November 10, 1939, a son of Paul and Mary Pliska in Pinconning, Michigan. In 1957, he graduated from Pinconning High School. After graduation, he joined the army, where he was then stationed in Alaska. In 1965 he married Emma Jean Foster, together they raised three daughters Lynn, Nancy, and Tresia. On July 4, 1988, Frank married Dianna Sue Pliska in Constantine, together they raised three sons Pete, John, and Donnie. He was an avid farmer who enjoyed gardening.
Surviving are his sons, John (Sherry) Young of Constantine, Don Young of Constantine, daughters, Lynn (Denny) Taylor-Scheittecatte of Elkhart, , Nancy (Kevin) Taylor of Albion, Indiana, Tresia (Mike) Taylor-Lieberenz of South Bend, grandchildren Michelle (Paul) Dines of Centreville, Frankie Dines of Elkhart, Charako Taylor of Albion, Mikie Liberenz of Naples, Florida, Jennifer Liberenz of South Bend, Cory Lieberenz of Concord, North Carolina, Jimmy Randazzo, Sherry Randazzo of Constantine, Christina (Brandon) Hartzel of Jones, Angela Randazzo of Constantine, great grandchildren Alyssa Young of Centreville and David Wise of Goshen, IN. He was preceded in death by his wife (Dianna) Sue Pliska, son Pete Young, and granddaughter Lori Manes.
In true Pollock fashion, Frank had a knack for keeping life lively, often delighting in good-natured mischief that left no one untouched by his wit.
Relatives and friends will be received Wednesday from 1 to 7 pm at Eley Funeral Home in Constantine. Cremation will follow.
