TR schools to begin middle school media center renovation

Three Rivers Community Schools Board of Education members recently approved a major renovation project that will start this summer.

During their meeting Monday, board members OK’d a plan to refurbish the media center at Three Rivers Middle School.

Support for the $1.7 million project will come from the district’s third-series bond project. Work in the general-trades area will be overseen by Brussee/Brady.

The 10-week project will involve new finishes, new lighting, new furniture and creation of collaborative spaces.
