Fair begins search for new fair manager

St. Joseph County Fair Board members are accepting applications for the position of fair manager.

The deadline for applications is March 13; interviews are to take place March 16 and 17.

Former manager Christine Yunker, a Sturgis Township resident, had served for nearly three years. She declined to comment on her resignation but said she plans to issue a statement in time.

Fair board president Keith Bower declined to comment on Yunker’s resignation.
