St. Joseph County Conservation District is hosting a workshop on learning how to inoculate, grow and eat mushrooms.
The hands-on mushroom workshop offers limited seating. It takes place 6 to 8 p.m. March 25 at 500 W. Chicago Road in Sturgis.
Participants will learn how to grow mushrooms four different ways, taste mushroom coffee and gourmet mushroom food, and receive a five-pound ready-to-fruit mushroom grow kit.
