Three Rivers city officials said Riverside Cemetery will re-open Saturday, more than two weeks after a tornado caused widespread damage.
City crews have worked daily to make the area safe and accessible again, according to a municipal media release.
Visitors are asked to use extra care when moving through the grounds, as there may still be some uneven areas, debris and ongoing cleanup efforts. Also, the city asks that visitors remain mindful of surroundings and respect any marked areas.
Burials will resume beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday. Visitors are asked to be respectful toward grieving families.
