“Gidget” Jeanne-Marie Mihills, age 67, of Jones, went to be with the Lord at her home on Sunday, April, 5, 2026. She was born September 5, 1958 in Mt. Clemens, MI to her late parents Francis Conrad James White and Jeanne-Marie White.
She graduated from Pennfield High in 1976 and later went on to graduate from KVCC in 1987. She worked at KRPH for years before going on to work for the USPS and retiring in 2022.
She married the love of her life Dale Mihills on August 28, 1992. They loved to travel and just spend time together. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, woodworking, the outdoors and traveling, but most of all she cherished her time with her family and grandchildren.
Gidget was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she had a very giving heart and was greatly loved and will be missed by many.
She is survived by her loving husband Dale; two children, Erica (Shane) Rine and Brandon (Lindsay) Harrison; six grandchildren, Brooklyn, Deklan, Wyatt, Maverick, McKinley and Ruby; two great-grandchildren; four siblings, Butch (Doris), Al (Chris), Jack, Dorinda (Mike), as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive family and friends on Saturday April 11, 2026 from 11am to 1pm with funeral services immediately following at the First Baptist Church of Newberg, Jones, MI. Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church of Newberg.
