Road projects across county

St. Joseph County Road Commission is involved in a number of local projects this week.

According to an agency posting on social media, Findley Road will be closed from M-86 to Bucknell Road in Nottawa Township for a culvert replacement.

In addition, Witt Lake Road will be pulverized from County Farm Road to Halfway Road in Burr Oak Township.

Meanwhile, Stubey Road, from Sherman Mills to Wilson Road in Sherman Township, will have gravel put down to prep for pulverizing.

Furthermore, Fair Road, from Banker Street to West Fish Lake Road in Sherman Township, will also have gravel put down to prepare for pulverizing.

Finally, dust control on gravel roadways is tentatively slated to begin next week, according to road commission officials.
