Kenneth Paul Janca, age 52, of Three Rivers, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2010 at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He was born on Jan. 4, 1958 in Cleveland, OH., the son of George and Anne (Pastor) Janca.
Ken was employed for several years as store manager of both Village Market and Meijer’s in Three Rivers, he most recently drove truck for P.A.M. Trucking. Ken was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and also the Three Rivers Knight’s of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by his father and his sister-in-law, Sue.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his loving wife, Mary Weed-Jenca, whom he married August 5, 1988; one daughter, Mary Elizabeth Janca and one son Benjamin Janca, all of Three Rivers; father George Janca and brother George Janca Jr.; both of Cleveland, OH.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joan, Julie, Kathy, Chris, Beth, John, Jean, and Bob. Many, many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2010with a Rosary Service beginning at 8:00 p.m. at the Hohner Funeral Home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 9, 2010 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Fr. Mark Vyverman as celebrant.
Interment will be held at a later date.
