Theodore W. “Ted” Barrone, Jr., age 44, of Mendon, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010 at his home. He was born in Three Rivers on June 15, 1966 the son of Theodore W. and Linda Lou (Ward) Barrone. Ted graduated from Three Rivers High School in 1984 and later joined the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in Korea. Ted worked in information technology and was most recently employed at Three Rivers Health. He attended the New Beginnings Church, and enjoyed hunting in his spare time.
Ted is survived by his fiancé, Lilah Blentlinger; their 4 month old son, Theodore J. “Teddy” Barrone both of Three Rivers; his father, Theodore Barrone, Sr. of Mendon; a sister, Tammy Barrone of Mendon; 2 brothers, Benny Barrone of Mendon and Randy (Joyce) Barrone of Locust Grove, GA; nieces and nephews, Christopher, R.J., and Nicholas Barrone and Elizabeth and Steven Long; a great-niece, Keily Barrone; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Ward of Vicksburg. He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Lou Barrone this past July; maternal grandfather, Kenneth Ward; paternal grandparents, Harold Barrone and Pauline Aldridge.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Eickhoff Funeral Home in Mendon. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday Nov. 4, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastors Randy Evans and Mike James officiating. Military interment will be in Parkville Cemetery.
