Cynthia B. Ream, 69, of Burr Oak, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011, at her home.
She was born Oct. 2, 1941, in Detroit, a daughter of the late Henry and Agness Pendzich.
Mrs. Ream had resided in Burr Oak since 1984, coming from Detroit. On Sept. 15, 1968, she married Kenneth Ream in Detroit.
She had been employed in the auto industry for 10 years and was a homemaker who enjoyed crossword puzzles.
Mrs. Ream is survived by her husband, Kenneth; one son, Paul (Elizabeth) Ream of Burr Oak; two granddaughters, Paula Ream of Hannibal, Mo., and Amy Cooley of Sturgis; one great-grandson, Ian Patrick Lee; one brother, Jack (Ann) Pendzich of the Detroit area; one sister, Bernadette Pendzich of Coldwater; a very special friend and cousin, Ruthie Gossett; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. A graveside service and burial will take place at 3 p.m. Friday at Burr Oak Cemetery in Burr Oak. Mr. Larry Wallman will officiate.
Hackman Family Funeral Homes in Sturgis is entrusted with the arrangements.
