Philip W. Miller, 45, of Mottville Township, White Pigeon, died unexpectedly Saturday, May 26, 2012, at his home.
He was born Feb. 16, 1967, in Elkhart, Ind., a son of Edgar W. and Phyllis K. (Welty) Miller. He had been a resident of the Mottville and White Pigeon area all his life.
On June 17, 1989, he married Connie E. Pletcher in Nappanee, Ind.
He had been a farmer all his life. He enjoyed farming, his family and making things and working with machinery.
He was a member of Bethesda Fellowship Church in Middlebury, Ind.
Surviving are his wife, Connie E. Miller; two daughters, Rachael and Anna Miller; three sons, Aaron, Joel and Mitchell Miller, all of White Pigeon; his parents, Edgar and Phyllis Miller of White Pigeon; a sister, Christina Miller of Middlebury; a brother, Tim (Kelly) Miller of White Pigeon; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Riverview Mennonite Church in White Pigeon, with Pastor Larry Pletcher of Northwood Chapel in Nappanee officiating.
Interment will follow in Mottville Township Cemetery.
