Jeffrey McKee (Folsom) Schrader went home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 3, 2012 following a long illness.
He was born on April 13, 1960 in Charleston, S.C., the son of Tressa Wheeler and Willis Folsom. Jeff graduated from Centreville High School, class of 1978 and was a record holder in track and field. He was a member of Moorepark Community Church in Three Rivers for many years. Jeff loved all animals, especially his dogs and enjoyed collecting and repairing clocks of all kinds. He was an avid Detroit Lions and Pittsburgh Steelers fan and had an interest in computers. He was married to Virginia (Ginny Castleberry) Schrader on July 3, 1999 in Stigler, Okla.
He is survived by his wife, Ginny Schrader of Three Rivers; his parents, Tressa and Charles Wheeler of Stigler, Okla., Keith and Beverly Schrader of Three Rivers, and Willis Folsom of Oklahoma City, Okla.; his son, Anthony McKee Schrader of California; two step-daughters, Rae (Robert) Kovach of Portage and Amanda (William) Mead of Three Rivers, his grandchildren, Dylan, Trae, Johnathan, Cameron, Levi, Abigael, Emma, Jayden and Katelyn; his brother, George (Brenda) Schrader of South Haven; his sister, Michelle Bender of Elkhart, Ind.; brother and sister Samantha Wheeler and Brian Wheeler of Stigler, Okla.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at Moorepark Church on Saturday, July 7 beginning at 11 a.m., with Pastor Ken Miller officiating. Memorials may be directed to the family.
