Don Croy Jr., 71, of Sturgis, passed away Oct. 3, 2012, at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, following several months of failing health.
He was born, Feb. 28, 1941.
He leaves behind a son, Billie Croy of Sturgis; a daughter, Dyanne Kennedy; three grandsons, Kyle, Bratt and Zachery; several nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law, Charlotte Nichols and Connie Rhodes of Kendallville, Ind.; his caregivers, Gene and Marty Wheeler; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Stanely Wheeler; a sister, Marilyn Purcell; and Diann, his wife of 42 years.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service at Matteson Cemetery will be at a later date. He will truly be missed by all.
