Jama Muffley, 95

Jama Geneva Muffley, 95, of Edwardsburg, passed away Oct. 13, 2012. Jama was born May 11, 1917 in Huntington, Ind. the daughter of George and Grace (Coe) Kennedy. On June 22, 1934 she married Alvin Eugene Campbell in LaGrange, Ind. They lived in Three Rivers, Mendon and Jones. They had six children with three surviving, Janice (Billy) Wilkins of Edwardsburg, Bruce (Sharon) Campbell of Three Rivers and Deidre Ackels of Edwardsburg; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Jane Campbell of Centreville. Preceding her in death are three children, Jack Campbell, Keith Campbell and Suzanne Hahn. After the passing of her husband, Alvin, she married Adam Heintz who preceded her in death. Then she married Virgil Muffley who also preceded her in death. For the past 10 years she resided in Edwardsburg with her daughter Deidre Ackels. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19 at Riverside Cemetery in Three Rivers. Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Cass County Medical Care Facility.
