Cora B. Decker, age 100, of Colon, passed away, Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at Birch Adult Foster Care Home in Leonidas.
Cora was born June 3, 1912, in Bronson, a daughter of the late Floyd and Hazel (Plumley) Luce.
She came to Colon in 1961 from Matteson Township, where she had lived most of her life.
Cora had married Carlton Finisy. He preceded her in death March 27, 1966.
On June 3, 1977, she married O.F. Decker, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 12, 1985.
Cora had worked at Darling Manufacturing in Bronson and also for Bisels Five and Dime in Colon, retiring in 1974.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands; and a sister, Rita Roebuck.
There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A graveside committal service and burial of ashes will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Matteson Township Cemetery, with Mr. David J. Farrell officiating.
The family was assisted by Schipper Funeral Home in Colon.
