Two men wanted for methamphetamine-related charges were arrested Tuesday following a two-hour police standoff in Sturgis.
Daniel Frye, 48, and Cody Frye, 19, were arrested after the St. Joseph County Area Narcotics unit executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of East Hatch Street. Police arrived about 5 p.m. and both subjects refused to vacate the residence.
They were eventually coaxed from the residence and arrested without incident.
A third subject, whose name was not released, was arrested after he attempted to fight with police shortly after they arrived.
