Graydon Howard, age 62, of Sturgis, MI. passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 31, 2014 at his home. He was born on Jan. 10, 1952 in Knott County, Kentucky the son of Ell and Goldie (Shepherd) Howard.
Mr. Howard served his country in the U.S. Marines and was honorably discharged as a Corporal. He was later employed for over eighteen years at Aquatica formerly (Lasco Bathware) in Three Rivers.
Mr. Howard was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings, Dayton Howard, Woody Gamble and Donna Conley.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his lifetime companion, Franny Caruthers, of Sturgis, three children, Cameron Howard, of Opelika, AL., Misty Howard, of Sturgis, and Dayton Kline, of Omega, GA.; five grandchildren, Zoe Jane, Michael, and Phoenix Kline, Dustin and Raelin Smith. Ten siblings, Nadine Howard, Sharion Greenleaf, Grace (Johnny) Shepherd, Tildon (Judy) Howard, Tena Baily, Glenna (Ronnie) Slone, Elden, Shannon, and Stanley Howard, Kirk (Kathy) Conley.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6th, 2014 at the Hohner Funeral Home with Bob Hodges officiating with military honors under the auspices of the Marcellus V.F.W. Post #4054
