The Three Rivers Downtown Development Authority has provided an update on its status as one of three Michigan Main Street “Select Level” recipients.
Christy Trammell, DDA director, said representatives from Lansing-based Michigan Main Street will be in Three Rivers April 2, 3 and 4 to conduct some formalities and begin their services that Three Rivers will receive for its standing as a Select Level community.
Trammell said a formal declaration regarding the Select Level acceptance, signage and a community–visioning session will be conducted by Michigan Main Street staff members. In addition, a meet-and-greet event will take place with community officials and volunteers.
The community announcement and visioning session will take place at 6:15 p.m. April 2 at the Riviera Theatre. Trammell said she is asking for the public’s support in attending the session to ensure adequate input is offered.
