Willard W. Kipker, 91, passed away July 29, 2014, at Fidelia Eckerd Living Center, Highlands, N.C. Mr. Kipker lived and worked his entire life in Three Rivers until June when he and his wife moved to North Carolina. They lived in their home on S. Main Street since 1946, when he returned from the war. Willard will be remembered as the man who shoveled snow and cut grass for everyone in his neighborhood. His Christmas displays were often featured in the newspaper. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Arlien, daughter, Deanna Klingel and son-in-law David of Cashiers, N.C.; son, Danny Kipker and daughter-in-law Linda of Mundelein, Ill.; son, Steven Kipker of St. Joseph, Mich.; sister, Wilma Holtom of Three Rivers; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and several close friends. Willard was predeceased by parents Wilmer and Nanny Kipker, brothers Gale and Elmer, all of Three Rivers.
