Diesel fuel stolen

Five hundred gallons of diesel fuel were stolen on two separate occasions from an irrigation pivot in Fawn River Township.

State police said the incidents took place between Aug. 18 and Sept. 2 in a field in the 70000 block of Kime Road.

Investigators said they are confident the incident is related to a similar incident that took place in the area of Carpenterson and Witt Lake roads in Burr Oak Township.

Authorities said the suspect is believed to be driving a dual-wheeled pickup truck.
