Kenneth Lee Becker, age 39, of Kalamazoo, died Sunday, Oct. 12, 2014 in Kalamazoo. He was born in Ft. Benning, GA on April 1, 1975 the son of Don Lee and Mary Jane (Roberts) Becker. Ken graduated from Three Rivers High School and attended the Branch County Career Center.
He was a carpenter who worked at Viking R-V in Centreville and for several area contractors. Kenneth enjoyed helping family, friends, and neighbors. He was known as a “jack of all trades” being able to fix or repair almost anything.
Kenneth was married to Stephanie (Harding) Becker on May 4, 2013. She survives along with two children, Skylar and Kammeryn Becker; four step-children, Joshua and Randi-Jo Goodwin and Jayden and Jordyn Talbott; his parents, Don Lee and Mary Jane Becker; two sisters, Rebecca (Charles) Underwood and Sarah (Tony) Gonter; a brother, Don Raymond Becker; several nieces and nephews; two great-nieces; and best friend Eric Crippin.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Friday at the Eickhoff Funeral Home in Mendon. Funeral services will begin at noon Friday at the funeral home with Rev.
