Search warrant leads to drug arrests

Investigators from the St. Joseph County Area Narcotics unit executed a search warrant Thursday at a residence in the 800 block of 4th Street in Three Rivers.
SCAN officers received information about alleged trafficking of synthetic marijuana. After further investigation, officers obtained a search warrant.
Once inside, officers found synthetic marijuana, marijuana and another controlled substance.
Four adults were arrested and taken to the St. Joseph County Jail. Charges include possession with intent to deliver analogues, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug house and frequenting a drug house.
DHS was called to the scene for the removal of three children.
The SCAN unit was assisted by the St. Joseph County Special Response Team and the Three Rivers Police Department.
