During their final meeting of 2014 Tuesday, the St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners made reappointments to six different panels.
Returning for three-year terms to the Animal Control Advisory Board are Suzanne Lee, Laura Barley and Rick Shaffer.
John Bippus was approved to continue on as a member of the St. Joseph County Road Commission Board. Bippus, who is currently chairman of the five-member board, will begin a six-year term Jan. 1.
Commissioners granted Sally Carpenter a return to the Department of Human Services Board. Carpenter will serve through Oct. 31, 2017.
Vic Eichler, Rick Shaffer and Robin Baker were reappointed to the St. Joseph County Parks Commission. Their terms are for a three-year period.
The St. Joseph County Planning Commission will continue to have as its members William Chase, Robert Horton and Rick Shaffer. Their terms are for three years.
Serving on the St. Joseph County Comprehensive Traffic Safety Program Commission will be Ken Malone, Rob Kuhlman, Robin Baker, Tabitha Wedge, Barry Cox, Carol Frohriep, Jim Hart, Pat Eliason and chair Gene Alli.
Two positions on the commission remain unfilled.
