Felton Cullifer, 63

Felton L. Cullifer, 63, of White Pigeon, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, following a short illness. He was born Feb. 26, 1952, in Bonifay, Fla., a son of Buron and Eulene (Halford) Cullifer. He was a resident of the White Pigeon and Sturgis area most of his life, with his early years spent in Florida.

He was employed as purchasing manager and vice president of corporate procurement for Coachman in Middlebury, Ind., and also employed by Centurion Vehicles in White Pigeon. He was owner and operator, with his wife, of Southern Michigan Canine. He was a member of Constantine American Legion. He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, hunting and Trivial Pursuit.

On Sept. 23, 1983, he married Jean Ann Deisler in Centreville. She survives, along with a daughter, Amy Cullifer, of Constantine; two sons, Aaron (Justine) Cullifer of Constantine and Eric (Gabby) Cullifer of Kalamazoo; grandchildrenMadellyn, Bella, Allona, Alex, Caleb, Gabriel, Gavin, Ellianna and Audrianna; two sisters, Evyone (Jerry) Morey of Sturgis and Pam (Charles) Armstrong ofWestville, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two nephews, MichaelMorey and Jacob Armstrong.

Visitation will be held 5-8 pm. Thursday at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2015, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dennis Smith of Trinity Lutheran Church in Constantine officiating. Interment will follow in White Pigeon Township Cemetery.
