Mary E. Todd, 74, of White Pigeon, Mich., died Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Heartland Health Care Center in Three Rivers.
She was born Aug. 31, 1940, in White Pigeon, the daughter of Frank and Ellen (Messner) Todd. She lived all of her life in White Pigeon and was a White Pigeon High School graduate.
She was employed at The Kirsch Company, Sturgis Molding and J.C. Penney. She also was a representative for Mary Kay and Avon.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and a church deacon, the Friends of the White Pigeon Township Library and enjoyed gardening, cooking, traveling, photography, animals and most of all, her family.
She is survived by her son, Terry T. Oesch of Sherwood; three grandchildren, Sarah, Alisa and Sam; three great-grandchildren; her companion, Terry Trulli; two sisters, Lois Leist and Phyllis Allred, both of Battle Creek; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jack W. Todd; brother-in-law, George Leist; sister-in-law, Julie Todd; niece, Ellen Hodges; and two nephews, Tom and Todd Leist.
A memorial service is at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2015, at the First Presbyterian Church in White Pigeon with the pastor Steve Kaszar officiating. Interment of cremains will be in White Pigeon Township Cemetery.
Donations may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church or the Humane Society.
