Woman crashes into police car

A 54-year-old woman was arrested after the vehicle she was driving struck a state police patrol car.

The incident occurred at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday in the Wendy’s parking lot in Three Rivers.

State police said a trooper was driving through the parking lot when the vehicle was struck by a Chevy Malibu driven by a Mendon woman.

The suspect was found to not have a valid driver’s license and was suspected of driving under

the influence of prescription medications.

She was charged with felony operating while under the influence of drugs fifth offense and driving with a suspended license second offense.
