Glenn Orr, 56

Mr. Glenn “Shorty” Francis Orr, age 56, of Three Rivers, passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, Nov. 5th, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Three Rivers on October 6, 1960, the son of Gary W. and Mary (Desro) Orr.
Glenn attended Three Rivers Schools where he graduated with the class of 1979 and maintained many friendships to this day. Following school, Glenn was employed by Three Rivers Tools and later Big Foot Trailer Company in White Pigeon and later helped his friends at Dwayne’s Boat Storage and Weenie King Hot Dog’s. One of Glenn’s passions was being a volunteer firefighter for the L.F.P. Fire Dept. for over twenty years.
Glenn leaves to cherish his loving memory, his parents, Gary and Mary Orr, of Three Rivers; two sisters, Vicki Orr, of Lagrange, IN., and Pam (Andy) Zagon, of Union, MI.; two special nieces, Melissa (Arnie) Kohler, and Chelsea Zagon; two special great nephews, DeVon Kohler and Liam Zagon. Two very special friends, Dwayne Detweiler and Michael King.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until time of services beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10th, 2016 at the Hohner Funeral Home with Mike King officiating. Firefighter Honors will be held by the Fabius Park Township Fire Department.
Interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery at a later date.
