Vacancy on Three Rivers School Board

Three Rivers Community Schools is seeking applications for a vacant position on the board of education.
The seat will expire Dec. 31, 2018.
Prospective applicants should submit a letter of interest and qualifications by noon Sept. 1. Potential candidates may drop off their information to the superintendent’s office at 851 Sixth Ave.
The district’s board of education will conduct interviews during a special meeting Sept. 6. Minimum qualifications for filling this vacancy are: must be a U.S. citizen 18 year of age or older, a resident of the district and a registered voter.
The position is available after Diana Degraff recently stepped down from the post from which she was elected in November 2014.
