Ginny Farley, 72

Virginia R. “Ginny” Farley, age 72, of Three Rivers, died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017 at her home. She was born in Champagne, IL on Aug. 26, 1945 the daughter of Kenneth and Mary (Brockbank) Kandler, and attended school in LaGrange, IL and the family moved to Three Rivers in 1963. She was married to Billy Joe Farley on May 20, 1967 in Three Rivers. They moved to Oregon in 1970 and also resided briefly in Arkansas and New Mexico. While living in Oregon Ginny was a lab Assistant for Mercy Medical Center for 30 years, and was a member of the Elks Lodge. They retired to Three Rivers in 2014.

Ginny is survived by her husband, Billy Joe; step-daughter, Terri (Gary) Stoll of Decatur; grandsons, Nicholas (Leah) Stoll of Gun Lake and Justin (Lacey) Stoll of Kalamazoo; 2 great-grandchildren, Kenzie and Jackson; three sisters, Barbara (Andy) Jones of Three Rivers, Linda Tokarski of Colon, and Carla Norwood of Three Rivers; brother Edward Kandler of Austin, TX; sister in law, Dottie Tout and niece Lori Holder both of Three Rivers. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Charles Kandler.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017 at the Eickhoff Farrand Halverson Chapel of Three Rivers. Funeral services will begin at noon Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Kyle Foster, Pastor of the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
