Ronnie Kahler, 70

Ronnie “Gus” Kahler, age 70, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
He was born May 16, 1947 in Dowagiac, the son of Bernard Dale and Eulah (Stanard) Kahler.
Ronnie received his associate degree in Applied Science from Southwest Michigan College in 1968 and was part of the first graduating class.  He was employed with CTS for 40+ years.  Ronnie was an avid music lover and a good dancer.  He was a good uncle, and enjoyed all his nieces and nephews.
Surviving are two sisters, Patricia (Ronald) Swartz and Marilyn “Sue” (Wayne) Essex both of Marcellus; two brothers, Larry (Robin) Kahler and Richard (JoAnn) Kahler also of Marcellus; several nieces, nephews and cousins and his lifelong friend Doug Datema.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Mater-Ralston Funeral Home, Marcellus with memorial services to follow at 2PM.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Southwest Michigan College.  Online condolences may be left at http://www. materralstonfuneralhome.com/
