Lance Lee Sandusky, age 56, of Grand Ledge, MI, formerly of Three Rivers, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018 as a result of an auto accident. He was born August 11, 1961 in Albion, son of the late Jerry and Sally (Lindsay) Sandusky. Lance was a current manager of Metal Technologies Three Rivers Gray Plant Iron Finishing Dept., attended River’s Edge Community Church in Delta Township, and was a certified PTR Tennis Instructor, coaching at Three Rivers High School for 14 years. He was an avid sports fan, enjoyed off- shore fishing trips, fantasy football, and especially loved spending time with his children and watching them play sports.
Lance will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 12 years, Marcy, sons Adam and Ace Sandusky, daughters Karri and Lexie Sandusky, and brother Lindsay (Carol), along with many other family members, co-workers, and friends.
A memorial service will be held Friday, February 2, 2018 at 1:00 at River’s Edge Community Church, 12406 Broadbent Road, Lansing, MI 48917, with Pastor Trent Bushnell officiating. Receiving of relatives and friends will be one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the educational fund of Lance’s young children, payable to Marcy Sandusky, will be greatly appreciated.
