The St. Joseph County Bar Association has selected Janice Clark, of Michiana Guardianship Services, as the winner of the 2018 Liberty Bell Award.
Clark has been providing services to St. Joseph County citizens and courts for almost 20 years.
The owner and operator of Michiana Guardianship Services, Clark has worked for the Cass County Community Mental Health system for nine years and another guardianship service in Dowagiac for four years.
Clark provides guardianship services to clients in St. Joseph County under the supervision of the Probate Court for many of its most vulnerable citizens. She currently services 350 clients, and for many she is the guardian of last resort
A formal presentation of the Liberty Bell Award will take place at 9 a.m. Tuesday by St. Joseph County Bar Association President Joshua Robare.
