An Indiana teenager was injured in a single-vehicle accident this week in Nottawa Township.

Sheriff’s officials said the 17-year-old driver from Osceola, Ind., appeared to have suffered a medical condition while driving at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday. Her vehicle left the roadway near Shimmel Road and M-86, and struck a tree, according to investigators.

She was transported to Three Rivers Health after suffering minor injuries, deputies said.
