Stolen property and drugs found during search

Charges will be sought against the tenants of a Sherman Township residence after deputies found methamphetamine and stolen property last week.

According to a sheriff’s department media release, the agency received a tip about stolen property in the 67000 block of Stubey Road. Deputies executed a search warrant at the property just after midnight Thursday and located a pair of stolen four-wheelers as well as undisclosed amount of methamphetamine.

Charges remain pending by the county prosecutor’s office.
