St. Joseph County Sheriff ’s deputies are investigating a crash that claimed the life of a White Pigeon woman last week in White Pigeon Township.
Deputies said the body of Felicia Grandstaff, 32, was found inside a car discovered in the Pigeon River around 3 a.m. Friday at the Blue School Road bridge.
Investigators said it appears the vehicle Grandstaff was driving struck the bridge before continuing into the river.
Additional information is expected once an investigation has been completed.
