Janet L. Mueller, age 74, of Three Rivers, passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. She was born in Blue Island, IL on January 17, 1944, a daughter of Edward and Ruth (Struven) Stump. Janet graduated from Dalton Schools in Illinois. On April 25, 1960, she married Charles Mueller in Chicago.
Janet previously worked for Mathew’s Eye Clinic in Three Rivers for 12 years. Additionally, she did bookwork for Charles Mueller Electrical Contractor for over 30 years. She loved all animals and was an avid reader.
Surviving are her husband, Charles Mueller of Three Rivers, daughter Theresa Middleton of Three Rivers, son Charles E. Mueller of Three Rivers, grandchildren Steven Middleton and Brandon Middleton, and great grandchildren Ava Middleton and Charlotte Middleton. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Edward Stump.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private interment of ashes will occur at a later date in Poes Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Eley Funeral Home, Constantine. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.eleyfuneralhomes.com.
