Annmarie Freeland, 74

Annmarie E. Freeland, age 74, a longtime Kalamazoo resident passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at The Fountains at Bronson Place.
She was born January 17, 1946 in Westfield, Massachusetts a daughter to the late Glenn and Edith Price.
Annmarie received her Master’s Degree from Western Michigan University and had worked for the Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners and the Prosecutor’s office for a few years before retiring and spending time at home and with her husband of 49 years: Wesley Freeland. Together they enjoyed traveling, especially visiting the Michigan Upper Peninsula.
She was a past president of the Kalamazoo Ladies Library.
According to her wishes there will be no visitation or services as cremation has taken place.
The family suggest memorial donations in her memory be directed to the Kalamazoo Ladies Library Association, 333 S. Park St., Kalamazoo, MI 49007.
