Joseph H. Hofmann Jr., age 70, of Kingsport, TN passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at Holston Valley Medical Center.
He was born Feb. 15, 1951, in Catskill, N.Y., to the late Joseph and Harriet Hofmann Sr.
Joseph was a loving and devoted son, husband, father and uncle who was especially proud of his son, Kyle. Joseph and Pamela were married Aug. 21, 1971.
He retired from Morgan Olson in Sturgis, following 50 years of service. He was proud to be the only employee to have worked for the company for 50 years.
Joseph enjoyed classic cars, playing golf, bowling, going to the beach and flea markets. He was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed attending Kingsport Mets games. Joseph loved his 1976 Corvette and his favorite past-time was watching Fox News.
He was past Exalted Ruler of the B.P.O.E. #1381 in Sturgis.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 50 years, Pamela Clark Hofmann; a son, Kyle Hofmann; a sister, Barbara Liston; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
No services will be held.
