William A. Beppler III, age 73, of Sturgis, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Heartland Health Care Center in Three Rivers.
He was born March 4, 1948 in Ann Arbor, a son to the late William A. and Eleanor (McDonald) Beppler Jr.
William graduated from Constantine High School and also from Ferris State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
He had been employed for Burr Oak Tool & Gauge for over 46 years retiring just a few years ago.
William enjoyed collecting and playing with model trains and also collecting antique memorabilia from anything associated with trains or railroads. He also so enjoyed spending time with his three grandsons.
On Aug. 27, 1971 in Sturgis, he married Connie Bundy who survives along with one son: Philip (Stacie) Beppler of Sturgis; one daughter: Jennifer (Hugh) Gray of Niles; three grandsons: Noah Anthony Beppler, Holden Samuel Gray, and Grant Mathew Gray.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no visitation or services at this time as cremation has taken place. Memorial donations in his memory may be directed to the American Diabetes Association, envelopes are available at the Hackman Family Funeral Homes of Sturgis who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
