Wanda Lou Cooper, 50, of Colon, died unexpectedly Oct. 10, 2009, at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo.
She was born Jan. 22, 1959, in LaGrange, Ind., a daughter of Otho and Mary (Cantrell) Burnett.
She was a resident of the Colon area for many years.
She worked as a housecleaner and was employed in recreational vehicle manufacturing. She was a member of Church of Christ. She enjoyed her grandchildren and cleaning.
Surviving are her life companion, Steve Siscoe of Colon; three daughters, Christyl (Michael) Burnett-Evens of Delton, Jasmine (William) Mock of Colon, and Sadie (Michael) Grandstaff of White Pigeon; her mother, Mary (Ed) Ward of Three Rivers; nine grandchildren, Maddelyn, Carley and Avree Grandstaff, Paige and Jett Broker, Andrew, Domonick and Lilly Mock, and Jonah Burnett-Evans; two sisters, Bonnie Sue (Hank) Hendrick of Sturgis, Ann (Paul) Monson of White Pigeon; four nieces, Caitlyn Pederson, Molly Monson, Sheila (Marvin) Maloy and Shelly (Brian) Fox; and a nephew, Richard Monson.
She was preceded in death by her father, Otho Burnett; a brother, Gary Burnett; and two stepsisters, Barbara and Joan Ward.
Visitation is 1:30-2:30 p.m. Friday at Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon, where funeral services will take place at 2:30 p.m., with Pastor Nancy Zerban of the United Church of Wayland officiating. Burial will follow in White Pigeon Township Cemetery.
