Nash expected to be named superintendent

Three Rivers Community Schools is expected to secure a permanent superintendent this evening.

During its 7 o’clock meeting, the district’s board of education is slated to approve a contract that would see Nikki Nash become permanent superintendent. She has served in an interim capacity since the October departure of Ron Moag.

Nash was the only candidate interviewed for the post two weeks ago.

Details of the contract are expected to be announced once the formalities of an offer and acceptance are done.
