Amanda Christner, 46

Amanda A. Christner, age 46, of Shipshewana, passed away Tuesday evening, June 28, 2022 at her home.
She was born December 17, 1975 daughter of the late Jerry and Adrian Welenc.
Amanda resided in Shipshewana for the past five years coming from Elkhart, and she also had lived in Sturgis.
She was employed by U.S. Cargo in Bristol.
Amanda enjoyed cooking, working out, watching movies and always tried to stay healthy.
She is survived by two sons: Jonathan Christner of Sturgis and Keanu Christner of Battle Creek; granddaughter: Kingsley Christner and several sisters, brothers and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 Saturday at the Hackman Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 114 S. Nottawa St. in Sturgis. In accordance with family wishes cremation will follow the visitation.
