Nottawa Township girl still missing

Local authorities and their counterparts in Indiana are continuing their search for a missing Nottawa Township girl.

St. Joseph County Sheriff Mark Lillywhite said 15-year-old Exdith Janery Rodriguez Davila left her Fairchild Road residence around 2 a.m. Feb. 10 and has not been seen since.

Investigators said the family has confirmed the teen took with her a backpack containing clothes, a passport and a cell phone to which her parents do not know the number.

She is a Hispanic female who is 5-foot-6 and weighs about 120 pounds.

Rodriguez Davila was born in Nicaragua and previously lived in Goshen, Ind. Officials said they believe she may be attempting to return to Goshen.
