She was born on February 9, 1937 in Detroit, the Daughter of John and Holdina (Singbiel) Patzer.
Homemaker, member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Ladies Aid Society, she enjoyed bowling. Carolyn was a Sturgis resident for past 5 years, coming from Pinckney.
Married to Joseph Benkovsky on Sept. 23, 1961 in Detroit, He Died on April 10, 2022. She is survived by her Daughters Pamela (Bryan) Johnson, Laura (Russell) Rist, Grandchildren Sara, Eric (Amanda) and Ashley. Brother Robert Patzer Preceded by Parents, 1 Sister and 3 Brothers.
Memorial Services will be at 10:00 on Friday, March 31, 2023 at The Trinity Lutheran Church, 5758 W. M-36, Pinckney, MI. Interment of Cremains in Glen Eden Cemetery, Livonia, MI.
