Tommy Jerome Rouseau, age 42, of Sturgis, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023 in Sturgis.
He was born December 5, 1980 in Thomaston, Georgia son of Tommy Lewis and Dorothy (Mann) Rouseau.
Tommy resided in Sturgis for the past 11 years coming from Georgia.
Most of his working life was self-employed handling the sales for various companies on E-Bay and Amazon, and he was a tattoo artist.
He was a member of the Pine Mountain Church of the Nazarene in Pike County, Georgia.
He was a gifted artist. Tommy was a true family man and enjoyed time with his all of his family, especially his children that he cherished.
He is survived by Katherine Rouseau of Georgia; his mother: Dorothy Floyd of Georgia; significant other: Sarah Weaver of Sturgis; his children: Tommy Lyric, Jolyn Lanae “Butter”, Asher Riley, Jorja Mae Michelle and Diana Quinnzel; sisters: Doris (Patrick) Abolarie, Rosa Kendrick and Latrice Rouseau and many nieces and nephews.
Tommy was preceded in death by his father.
In accordance with family wishes cremation has taken place. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate and honor the life of Tommy Jerome Rouseau will be held from 3:00 to 5:00, Saturday, March 25th at the Hackman Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 114 S. Nottawa St. in Sturgis.
