Maria Longina Munoz Zamudio, age 77, of Scotts, Michigan passed away Friday, April 7, 2023 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
She was born November 14, 1945 in El Pedregal, Michoacán, Mexico daughter of J. Dolores Munoz Correa and Emelia Zamudio Sandoval.
Maria was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sturgis and was a dedicated homemaker, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by seven children and many grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 2:00 on Friday, April 14th at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 402 S. Nottawa St. in Sturgis where the Funeral Mass celebrating the life of Maria Longina Munoz Zamudio will immediately follow the visitation at 2:00. The Rev. Father Raul Gomez officiant. A graveside committal will follow the Mass at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis.
